I’m Dr. Mary Tipton, MD, FAAP, FACP

After working in a typical primary care setting with insurance for almost two decades, I decided the only way to be able to actually work for my patients was to get outside of the insurance system. The insurance-based model does not make for happy doctors or happy patients. 

I started Blossom Health to offer a membership-based model that allows necessary time to really serve patients’ needs - health care that is personal, convenient, comprehensive, timely, and transparent.

  • When she is not at work, Dr. Tipton can be found with her four children, her amazing husband or walking their two dogs.

    You may also find her on the beach listening to an audio book.

    She loves traveling, cooking and eating good food and taking naps.

    Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska she warmed up at the University of Arizona as a chemical engineer before heading to medical school.

    She wanted to be a doctor since age ten.

    She practiced her anatomy skills by butchering moose with her Dad and business skills by picking blueberries, running a lawn care business and sewing formal dresses to make money in high school.

Medical Assistant / Practice administrator

Christine is a Certified Medical Assistant and Clinical Research Coordinator with 26 years of experience in the medical field. She is married with 2 adult children and 2 amazing grandkids. She loves hot yoga, reading - and now a podcast lover, spending time outdoors and hanging out with family playing board games.
